Delivery and Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

At Prim-fit.com, we do our best to ensure that our

product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you do not encounter

no surprises when you receive our products. We want our

customers know exactly what they are ordering.

Order cancellation policy:

We pride ourselves on our ability to be able to process quickly

all orders placed on our site. Most commands

are processed within 12 hours. If you want to cancel your order for

for whatever reason, email us at Contact@Prim-fit.com ASAP.

A large majority of inventory items are processed and/or

shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during

this period, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before

until it is processed and/or shipped.

No request to cancel your order can be

taken into account if it has already been processed.

Address error:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this

address and to contact us very quickly to specify a

change. This can only be done if your

order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for information

incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for

orders refused or undeliverable (addresses inaccessible, addresses

incomplete...).

In the latter cases, these parcels can be returned to us,

but not always.

If your order is returned to sender, we will

will offer a refund for your order deducted from the shipping costs or

we will offer you a reshipment, according to your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or refund

of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

Return Policy:

We accept returns* for any reason! What

you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our

return policy is 14 days from the time you receive your

products. If for some reason you are not satisfied, just

fill out this return form. Sign it then send it with your package to the address that

we'll let you know when you write to our support.
