What is the Quick Charge 3.0 Plug option? Do I need it?
The Quick Charge 3.0 Plug is a high wattage wall plug that is necessary.

If you already own a Quick Charge 3.0 Plug, you don't need to purchase one. But if you have a standard phone charger, you'll need to buy a Quick Charge 3.0 Plug from us, or the charger will not work.

The Quick Charge 3.0 Plug supports fast charging speeds up to 4X times faster than conventional chargers.

What devices are compatible?
The charger is compatible with all devices that support wireless charging. For iPhone models, the iPhone 8 and later models have wireless charging compatibility. If you are unsure if your smartphone has wireless charging, message us, and we're glad to check if it is.

How does the light indicator work?
You can control the light with the touchpad button on the base of the charger. It has three different modes.
Blue light: Optimal Charging
Green light: Stand-By Mode
Flashing blue and green light: Not charging correctly; can be due to foreign object detection, misalignment, or other errors. 

Does it come with an Apple Watch charger?
The Apple Watch charger is integrated within the charger.
